Your Role:

You will be a part of a support team responsible for maintaining IT systems and providing ongoing customer support. Your role will require an active cooperation with clients and team members as well as practical skills in software development. Our projects are innovative, so you will quickly learn new technologies and obtain new skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

You will be responsible for:

  • receiving and classifying of raised issues and marking its priority
  • diagnosing and solving problems arising from IT system failures
  • transferring reported issues to external services, monitoring deadlines and the quality of its accomplishment
  • providing users with first-class support and a high level of customer service
  • cooperation with the client and the project team

Your required experience and skills:

  • technical or economic education
  • ability to solve IT problems and issues
  • experience in support of IT systems or end-users
  • knowledge of the software development cycle and general knowledge of IT software
  • knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • excellent knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office applications
  • English command at a level that allows fluent, direct communication and analyzing technical documentation
  • readiness to work in an international environment, availability to business trips
  • excellent teamwork skills and commitment
